Russian forces attacked a civilian car near the village of Prudianka in Kharkiv Oblast on 23 January, killing two people.

Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration reported that seven settlements in Kharkiv Oblast came under Russian fire over the past 24 hours, resulting in five people being injured.
