Quote: "Our team is working in the most constructive and substantive manner possible. Unfortunately, Russian strikes on Ukraine's energy sector and infrastructure continue, which, of course, undermines diplomatic efforts."

Details: The sides also focused on long-term cooperation. Zelenskyy thanked Oslo for its energy support packages and noted Norway's readiness to contribute to post-war economic development.

"It is important that Norway is ready to join the preparation of steps for recovery and post-war economic development of Ukraine. We will continue to expand joint opportunities in building modern defence capabilities," the Ukrainian leader wrote.
