Russia attacks Ukraine with ballistic missile and 146 drones overnight, strikes recorded at 22 locations

Russian forces attacked Ukraine with an Iskander-M ballistic missile as well as 146 Shahed, Gerbera and Italmas loitering munitions and drones of other types on the night of 27-28 January. Around 90 of them were Shahed attack drones.

Details: Early reports indicate that by 09:00, Ukrainian air defence forces had shot down or jammed 103 Russian Shahed and Gerbera loitering munitions as well as drones of other types over Ukraine's north, south, centre and east.
Hits by the ballistic missile and 36 attack UAVs had been recorded at 22 locations.
The aerial attack is being repelled by aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare assets, unmanned systems units and mobile fire groups from the Ukrainian defence forces.
The attack is ongoing, as several Russian UAVs are still in Ukrainian airspace.
