Russian forces continue to actively bombard the border areas of Chernihiv Oblast, including using drones to target civilian vehicles.

As a result of an FPV drone strike on Kostobobriv in the Semenivka hromada, a service vehicle belonging to the state forestry company Forests of Ukraine was destroyed along with all the workers' personal belongings. Fortunately, the forester and the forest ranger were not injured. A civilian car in Semenivka was also damaged – again due to a drone strike." Details: In addition, at around 03:00 the Russians attacked the Novhorod-Siverskyi community arts centre with Geran drones. At least four explosions were recorded there. A fire broke out at the site. Façades and windows of nearby buildings were also reportedly damaged.

Background: A police vehicle evacuating civilians in Kharkiv Oblast was completely destroyed by a Russian drone strike on the evening of 14 January.
