Ukraine's foreign minister on Russian strike on bus carrying miners: those responsible must be held accountable

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha has commented on a Russian strike on a bus carrying miners in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast which resulted in multiple fatalities.

Background:

• Early information indicates that 12 miners were killed and 16 were injured in the Russian UAV attack on the city of Ternivka in the Pavlohrad district of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast on 1 February.
• Serhii "Flash" Beskrestnov, an adviser to Ukraine's defence minister on technology matters, reported that a bus carrying miners in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast had been attacked by Shahed loitering munitions controlled via the Internet.
