Russians attack Kharkiv for second night in a row, launching two missile strikes

Russian forces continued to strike Kharkiv on the night of 3-4 February, particularly subjecting the city to two missile attacks.

Details: At 00:26, Syniehubov reported that "explosions had been heard in some districts of Kharkiv".
Five minutes later, he added that "more explosions had rocked Kharkiv".
Terekhov reported two missile strikes on the city.
Quote from Terekhov: "The enemy has launched two missile strikes: one on the suburbs of Kharkiv, the other on the Saltivskyi district of the city."
Details: Later, Terekhov said that several houses had been damaged as a result of the attack on the Saltivskyi district.
In addition, the mayor reported that a Russian Molniya drone had hit the Saltivskyi district.
Update: In the morning, Terekhov noted that a Russian Molniya drone had also struck an infrastructure facility in Kharkiv's Kyivskyi district.
