Second round of Ukraine-Russia-US talks ends in Abu Dhabi
The second round of trilateral talks between Ukraine, Russia and the United States aimed at settling the Russo-Ukrainian war has ended in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates.

Previously: US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, commenting on the talks in Abu Dhabi on 4 February, said there is both good and bad news from the talks in Abu Dhabi on settling Russia's war against Ukraine. Rubio said the good news is that the "checklist of open items" between Ukraine and Russia has been "substantially diminished".

- The Ukrainian delegation in the Abu Dhabi talks comprises of Rustem Umierov, Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine; Kyrylo Budanov, Head of the President's Office, and his First Deputy Serhii Kyslytsia; Davyd Arakhamiia, leader of the Servant of the People parliamentary faction; Andrii Hnatov, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; Vadym Skibitskyi, Deputy Chief of Defence Intelligence of Ukraine; and President's Office adviser Oleksandr Bevz.
- Umierov said the Ukrainian team also plans a bilateral meeting with the US side, represented by US President's Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner. They are due to discuss a document on security guarantees and a "prosperity plan".
- The trilateral talks in the United Arab Emirates come immediately after a large-scale Russian attack on Ukraine. Following the latest strikes, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that the work of the Ukrainian delegation at the peace talks would be adjusted.
