Quote: "The enemy conducted another cynical strike on the energy infrastructure of Odesa Oblast last night. Damage to an energy facility was recorded in the south of the region and a fire broke out. An office building was also affected."
Details: Early reports indicated no casualties.
However, the strike partially cut power to settlements in three hromadas across the oblast.
Kiper said that critical infrastructure facilities had been switched to backup power supplied by generators.
"Response efforts are ongoing and the electricity supply is being restored," he added.
