Four people were injured in Russian attacks on the Izium, Kupiansk and Bohodukhiv districts in Kharkiv Oblast on 10 February.

Quote: "Russian forces carried out a series of strikes on populated areas in Kharkiv Oblast on 10 February using drones and air-launched munitions.

At about 09:30, two drones thought to have been Lancets struck the village of Oskil. One hit the ground, the other hit a vehicle delivering bread as humanitarian aid. The driver suffered minor injuries."

Details: Two women also suffered acute stress reactions in the village of Odradne in the Kupiansk district.

Later that day, a drone initially identified as a Molniya struck the village of Zolochiv, damaging a petrol station. A man was injured.
