Russian strike hits shop in Kharkiv Oblast: fire breaks out, people injured

A Russian strike has hit a shop in the city of Barvinkove in Kharkiv Oblast, leaving people injured. Police are working at the scene.

Details: The police said that as of 21:00, seven people are known to have been injured.

Russian forces carried out the attack on Barvinkove in the Izium district at about 18:35 on 11 February. A two-storey shop caught fire as a result of the strike.

Quote: "Emergency services are working at the scene. Police officers are helping the injured and documenting the aftermath of the enemy attack.

Investigators have opened criminal proceedings into an alleged war crime under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine."
