Zelenskyy discusses negotiations and next steps with Rubio

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy briefed US Secretary of State Marco Rubio on 14 February on the situation on the front, Russian strikes and the aftermath of attacks on Ukraine's energy system.
