Ukrainian partisans disable electric locomotive in Russia's Orel to disrupt logistics

Partisans from the ATESH resistance movement have destroyed an electric locomotive in the Russian city of Orel to disrupt the logistics of Russian forces operating near Sumy Oblast.

Quote: "Our agents in Orel Oblast carried out a successful sabotage at the railway junction in Orel. By means of arson, critically important equipment of a mainline freight VL80 electric locomotive was disabled."
Details: ATESH explained that the VL80 electric locomotive is a "workhorse" of Russian railways, a heavy hauler used to transport multi-ton military echelons.
Quote: "The destroyed unit was actively used to transfer equipment, ammunition and fuel from the rear to border areas of Russia to strengthen the grouping of troops operating on the Sumy front."
