He pointed out that over 1,100 apartment buildings in Kyiv's Dniprovskyi and Darnytskyi districts remain without heating following earlier attacks. It is currently impossible to restore their heat supply due to the critical damage caused to the Darnytsia combined heat and power plant.

Background:

  • Earlier, Klitschko said that Kyiv has been on the brink of catastrophe over the past two months due to intensive Russian attacks.
  • Experts have examined the damage to the Darnytsia combined heat and power plant and compiled a list of more than 1,100 apartment buildings that will remain without heating until the plant is rebuilt.
