"The military have long been using our Kolibri 10" as interceptors. The solutions in the field worked – so we decided not to stand aside but to pick up this initiative and improve it at the manufacturer level," TAF Industries noted.

The company also reported that over several months of the TAF Bonus programme, more than 350 aerial target hits were recorded using Kolibri 10" FPV drones as interceptors. TAF Bonus is a programme in which the military can receive points for confirmed videos of hitting Russian targets with Kolibri FPV drones and then exchange these points for equipment, gear and drones from the company.

The new UAV interceptor TAF-I10 is currently at the development and testing stage.

In parallel, the company has been preparing the Octopus interceptor drone for mass production – a certified design approved by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.

Octopus-100

As TAF Industries writes on its website, Octopus-100 was created to counter Shahed-type loitering munitions and is equipped with an automatic terminal guidance module. It reaches speeds of more than 300 km/h and can operate at altitudes of up to 4,500 m.
