Quote: "Our negotiating team has briefed me on the two-day talks. As regards their substance, you know there are two areas – military and political. I want to say that all three sides were constructive on the military component, at least from the briefing I've just received."
Details: Zelenskyy said, "The military knows how to monitor a ceasefire and bring the war to an end if there is political will."
"They [the negotiating parties – ed.] have, in principle, agreed on almost everything there. Monitoring will definitely involve the American side. I consider this a constructive signal," he noted.
The president added that all other technical details regarding the monitoring will be reported by Andrii Hnatov, Chief of Ukraine's General Staff, upon his return from Geneva.
