The missile hit one of the production buildings. Fortunately, there were no casualties."

Details: Sybiha noted that the facility "is not a military target but a factory that has operated since the 1990s, producing globally known brands".

Quote: "When Russian missiles hit such sites, they are not only targeting Ukraine. They are targeting American business interests in Europe.

Moscow cannot speak of economic dialogue with the United States while attacking US-owned production facilities."

Background: Oleh Hryhorov, Head of Sumy Oblast Military Administration, reported that Russian forces carried out a missile strike on a civilian business in the Trostianets hromada in Sumy Oblast on 21 February. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]
