Parts of Russia's Voronezh left without power after aerial asset debris falls

There has been a drone attack that led to debris from a "high-precision aerial asset" falling on one of the energy facilities in the Russian city of Voronezh, causing power outages in two districts.

Quote from Gusev: "Debris from a destroyed high-speed aerial asset fell on one of Voronezh's energy facilities. Short-term power outages were recorded in two districts of the city as a result."
Details: Astra, citing the Russian Defence Ministry, claimed that air defence forces had downed 152 Ukrainian drones in several Russia regions overnight.
In particular, 65 drones were destroyed over Belgorod Oblast, 35 over Saratov Oblast, eight over Voronezh Oblast and eight over Rostov Oblast. Drones were also reportedly intercepted over Krasnodar Krai, Volgograd, Kursk, Lipetsk, Tula and Tver oblasts and Tatarstan as well as the Sea of Azov and temporarily occupied Crimea.
Background:
- The Kaleykino oil pumping station in Russia's Republic of Tatarstan, a key hub for the operation of the Druzhba export oil pipeline, was attacked on the night of 22-23 February.
- Belgorod Oblast Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said that the city of Belgorod and the surrounding district had come under a large-scale Ukrainian missile attack, resulting in disruptions to the supply of electricity, water and heating.
