Details: Asked about the date of the next round and whether it has been set for 26 February, Budanov said: "It seems to me it has already been officially said that it will be around 27 February, a day or two either way. So 26 February fully falls within that timeframe."

On whether a date has been confirmed, Budanov said "we are in the process of preparations".

Quote: "This is a protocol matter, when who arrives, where and so on. All three sides have to clarify this among themselves. Even four sides, including the host. But we are in the process of preparations."

More details: Budanov pointed out that wars like this do not end on their own. They either end with a just decision or return again in an even larger and more dangerous form. He said peace talks must not simply stop the war but prevent a repeat of Russian aggression.

Quote: "It is no secret that negotiations aren't going smoothly, but we are clearly moving forward and approaching a point when all parties will need to make final decisions: continue this war or move towards peace. I hope that justice will ultimately prevail. Thanks to diplomatic efforts and the support of our partners, primarily the United States, we are advancing step by step towards a result."
