A Russian fibre-optic FPV drone was recorded in the city of Kharkiv for the first time on 25 February.

Quote: "The investigation revealed that Russian Armed Forces servicemen, in violation of the laws and customs of war, used a 13-inch fibre-optic FPV drone over the territory of the Kyivskyi district in the city of Kharkiv on 25 February at around 15:00.

Details: Prosecutors added that this is the first recorded case of the use of a fibre-optic FPV drone in Kharkiv since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
