Russians attack Dnipro: fire breaks out, person injured

Russian forces attacked Dnipro at dawn on 28 February, with explosions heard across the city and a fire breaking out.

Details: Local media outlets and Telegram channels reported explosions in Dnipro shortly after 05:00.
Hanzha later confirmed the attack on the city and said that a fire had broken out in one of its districts.
Early reports indicated no casualties.
Update: Hanzha later reported that a man had been injured in the attack on Dnipro. Transport infrastructure and high-rise residential buildings were damaged.
In total, Russian forces launched over 10 drone strikes on three districts of the oblast.
The city of Nikopol and the Chervonohryhorivka and Pokrovske hromadas in the Nikopol district came under attack. A car caught fire and a house was damaged. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]
Russian forces struck the Mezhova and Vasylkivka hromadas in the Synelnykove district. A power line was damaged.
