Ukraine's air defences down 234 Russian drones, strikes recorded at 11 locations
Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 251 drones of various types on the night of 22-23 March. Ukraine's air defence systems have downed 234 UAVs.

Quote: "As of 08:00, [Ukrainian] air defence forces had destroyed or jammed 234 enemy drones.
Hits by 17 UAVs had been recorded at 11 locations and the fall of downed aerial assets (debris) at 8 locations."
Details: The Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas and other types of drones were launched from the Russian cities of Bryansk, Oryol, Kursk, Millerovo and Primorsko-Akhtarsk as well as from Hvardiiske in temporarily occupied Crimea.
About 150 of the UAVs were Shahed loitering munitions.
Aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare assets, unmanned systems units and mobile fire groups from Ukraine's defence forces have been involved in repelling the attack.
The Air Force noted that the attack is ongoing, as several Russian drones are still in Ukrainian airspace, and urged people to observe safety measures.
