Details: Khabirov claimed that another drone had hit a residential building, but no injuries had been reported.
Astra posted a video showing a large-scale fire at one of the refineries in Ufa, with a thick column of black smoke visible from different parts of the city.

Update: Astra reported later that Bashneft-Novoyl, an oil refinery in Ufa producing high-octane petrol, lubricants, industrial oils, aviation fuel, diesel, bitumen and other petroleum products, has caught fire due to the drone attack. The plant has a capacity of around 7.3 million tonnes of oil per year.
Two other plants – Bashneft-Ufaneftekhim and Bashneft-UNPZ – are located right next to Bashneft-Novoyl.
