Russia hits Kharkiv more than 10 times since day start, hitting near apartment block

Russian forces have attacked Kharkiv 11 times with strike drones since the start of the day. One of the drones struck near an apartment block in the city's Kyivskyi district, injuring people.

Details: Terekhov said Russian forces had launched repeat strikes on the Kyivskyi district, with 11 hits recorded across Kharkiv since the start of the day.

He said the Russians were probably targeting a critical infrastructure facility. Terekhov added that one of the strikes caused a fire at the scene. Early reports indicate that several cars had also caught fire.

He also said a Shahed drone had struck near an apartment block, injuring people.

Quote from Terekhov: "There is information about people injured in a strike near an apartment block."

More details: Local authorities also urged people to remain cautious, as Russian drones are still in the air.
