Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has confirmed that Türkiye is willing to host the next round of negotiations aimed at ending the Russo-Ukrainian war.

The Turkish president also confirmed that his country is willing to host the next round of talks between delegations from Ukraine, the United States and Russia.

News.LIVE, a Ukrainian news outlet, has also released a video in which Zelenskyy, in a brief comment to the press after meeting Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew, said that Erdoğan has offered Istanbul as a venue for the talks.

"Erdoğan is offering Istanbul as a venue for the peace talks – we are willing to come. We are willing to have a leader-level meeting in any format," he said.
