Ukraine's General Staff reports strike on Russian Be-12 amphibious aircraft in Crimea

A Russian Be-12 anti-submarine amphibious aircraft has been struck near Kacha in temporarily occupied Crimea, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported.

Background: On the night of 5-6 April, drones operated by Special Operations Centre Alpha (part of the Security Service of Ukraine), working together with the defence forces, struck the Sheskharis oil terminal at the port of Novorossiysk in Russia's Krasnodar Krai.
