Details: Those released include service members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, members of the National Guard and border guards who defended Ukraine on various fronts: in Mariupol, at the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant, on the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy and Kyiv fronts, and in Russia's Kursk Oblast.

Zelenskyy said some of those returning home are wounded, and most had been held in captivity since 2022.

Quote: "I thank every unit that replenishes our exchange pool and thereby brings the return of our people closer. Bringing everyone back from Russian captivity is a matter of principle for us. I thank everyone in the world who is helping us with this."
