Kremlin says Putin's envoy travelled to US to discuss matters other than Ukraine

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov has claimed that Putin's envoy Kirill Dmitriev is visiting the United States in his capacity as head of an economic affairs group and is not holding talks on a settlement in Ukraine.
