Russians attack civilian vehicle in Kharkiv Oblast during "ceasefire", injuring one

A 70-year-old man was injured as a result of a Russian FPV drone attack on a vehicle in the village of Liutivka in Kharkiv Oblast.

Quote: "On the afternoon of 12 April, Russian forces attacked a passenger vehicle in the village of Liutivka in the Zolochiv hromada with an FPV drone [a hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.].

A 70-year-old local resident was injured as a result of the strike. The man was taken to a medical facility. His vehicle was damaged."

Background:

• On the morning of 12 April, two people were injured and a fire broke out at a commercial establishment following a Russian strike on the town of Zolochiv in the Bohodukhiv district of Kharkiv Oblast.
• Russians had previously declared an "Easter ceasefire" from 16:00 on 11 April until the end of the day on 12 April. However, Ukraine's General Staff reported that 2,299 violations of the ceasefire regime had been recorded as of the morning of 12 April.
