Quote: "At the request of military medics, we are preparing a lightweight, manoeuvrable, and low-profile platform for testing. This system is based on the Gnom unmanned platform and features the mobile, single-armed Smart Shuttle robot."
Details: Trotsenko noted that the system is intended for the remote evacuation of both the dead and the wounded and can also be used for mine clearance and detonating dangerous items.

"In addition to evacuating the wounded, the Gnom platform – working in conjunction with the Shuttle robot – can be utilised to transport objects or ammunition, or to remotely detonate such hazardous items. This includes, for instance, the remote destruction of downed but unexploded drones – specifically, Shahed-type drones," he added.
The platform is equipped with a multi-channel communication system, including Starlink, LTE, optical fibre, LoRa, ERLS and a mechanical tether.
The Smart Shuttle robot is remotely controlled via Wi-Fi, features a Samsung positioning system, and is equipped with a camera, microphone and audio link to interact with the wounded.
A winch is used to return the robot to the platform.
Background:
- Last year, Temerland unveiled a version of the platform with an adjustable-width evacuation cart, which served as the base for the robot. The cart was connected to the main platform by a winch cable over 15 m long.
- The base Gnom platform is a compact electric ground robot with remote control, designed to operate in difficult terrain. It can carry up to 100 kg and be controlled at a distance of up to 5 km.
- In March, Temerland unveiled the new Gnom-ND platform for the remote launch of drones.
