Russia strikes Danube port again, causing damage to infrastructure

Russian forces conducted a strike on a port on the Danube on the night of 16-17 April.

The authority noted that the port is operating as normal, taking the security situation into account.
Background:
- On the night of 13-14 April, a civilian vessel sailing under the Panamanian flag and port infrastructure in the city of Izmail in Odesa Oblast sustained damage as a result of a Russian strike.
- On the night of 14-15 April, Russian forces launched yet another attack on port infrastructure facilities on the Danube.
