A civilian Panamanian-flagged vessel and port infrastructure have been damaged in a Russian strike on the city of Izmail in Odesa Oblast on the night of 13-14 April.

Quote from Kuleba: "Russia attacked maritime infrastructure facilities in Izmail last night using drones. Several hits on the port area were recorded... Some infrastructure facilities and equipment were damaged, as well as a vessel sailing under the Panamanian flag. One of the strikes caused a fire which was promptly extinguished."

Details: Kuleba said that no casualties had been recorded and emergency repair work is ongoing at the scene.

Kiper added that the attack had destroyed a service station building within the port area, two buses and seven cars.

He also said that, in addition to the civilian vessel and port equipment, a pier, a barge, the roofs of six houses and an ambulance were damaged.
