Two people were killed on 23 April as a result of Russian attacks between the settlements of Tomyna Balka and Rozlyv in Kherson Oblast.

Background: On the morning of 24 April, Russian forces carried out drone strikes against civilians in Kherson and Mykolaiv oblasts. Two people were killed and five others were injured in the attacks.
