Zelenskyy on overnight Russian attack: 4 killed, over 30 injured

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that a total of four people were killed and more than 30 were injured across Ukraine as a result of a Russian attack on the night of 24-25 April.

Details: Zelenskyy said that in addition to Dnipro, people were injured in Chernihiv, Odesa and Kharkiv oblasts.

Quote: "Russia's tactics remain unchanged — attack drones, cruise missiles and a significant number of ballistic missiles. Most targets are civilian infrastructure in cities. Residential buildings, energy facilities and businesses have been damaged.

Each such strike must remind our partners that the situation requires immediate and decisive action. We need rapid strengthening of our air defence..."

Details: Zelenskyy also stressed the need to move forward with the 21st package of EU sanctions against Russia.

Background: On the night of 24-25 April, the Russians launched a combined attack using 666 drones and missiles, of which 610 were shot down or jammed, according to the Air Force.
