Drone debris falls in Romania after Russian attack on Ukraine, property damaged
Drone debris was found in Romania after a Russian attack on Ukraine on the night of 24-25 April. An electricity pole and an extension to a residential building were also damaged.

Details: Romania's Defence Ministry said its radars detected drones approaching the country's airspace during the night. Two Eurofighter Typhoon jets from the United Kingdom's Royal Air Force were scrambled at 02:00 from an airbase in Fetești.
Residents in Tulcea County received an air-raid warning via the RO-ALERT system at 02:14. The ministry said the Eurofighter Typhoons detected a radar contact at a distance of 1.5 km from Reni over Ukrainian territory, and pilots were authorised to engage the drones.
Residents of the Romanian city of Galați reported the fall of an object via emergency services at 02:31. There were no casualties, but property was damaged.
Quote: "Early reports indicate that a service building on a private property and an electricity pole were affected, without significant damage. Drone debris was found in several locations in the area, which was secured by Romanian police and Defence Ministry personnel."
More details: Romania's Defence Ministry strongly condemned what it described as the irresponsible actions of the Russian Federation, pointing out that they pose a new challenge to regional security and stability in the Black Sea area.
