Death toll rises to five, 46 injured as Russia strikes Dnipro again – photo

Russian forces launched a second attack on the city of Dnipro during the day on 25 April, killing one person. The death toll due to both strikes has risen to five people.

Details: The attack struck the same neighbourhood hit earlier during the night of 24-25 April, damaging an apartment block.
Seven people were injured.
Emergency services also extinguished a fire at a petrol station in Dnipro caused by a morning attack. Eight lorries and four cars were destroyed.
At that location, two men aged 49 and 51 were injured and taken to hospital in a moderate condition.
In total, 34 people in the city were injured as a result of Russian overnight attacks and during the day on 25 April. Five people were killed. Emergency workers had earlier recovered a fourth body from under the rubble.
Update: The authorities later reported that 46 people had been injured in the Russian attack, including five children.
Twenty-three people injured were taken to hospital. Two women aged 26 and 44 are in a serious condition. A boy, 15, and a girl, 16, were also hospitalised in a moderate condition.
