The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) has disclosed the contents of a conversation recorded as part of Operation Midas in the apartment of sanctioned businessman Tymur Mindich, who is suspected of corruption in the energy sector. The conversation was with a woman named Natalia and concerned the construction of four mansions – one for former deputy prime minister Oleksii Chernyshov, who is suspected of abuse of office and bribery, and the others for Mindich and two individuals referred to as "Andrii" and "Vova" [a diminutive form of Volodymyr].

Details: The conversation was recorded in Mindich's apartment at 9a Hrushevskoho Street on the morning of 1 July 2025. It was conducted in Russian.

At around 11:00, Mindich speaks with a woman he calls "Natalie", who is likely overseeing construction at the four-mansion Dynasty site in Kozyn near Kyiv. Sources have told Ukrainska Pravda that the mansions are being built for President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, former head of the President's Office Andrii Yermak, Chernyshov, and Mindich himself. This conversation may be the first piece of evidence that the sources' information is accurate, as the parties mention Chernyshov, Mindich's building project, and building projects for an "Andrii" and a "Vova".

Natalia asks Mindich what they should do about the buildings, and he says everything should be mothballed. He mentions "Max Donets" [likely referring to Maksym Donets, head of Zelenskyy's personal security – ed.], "Shura" and "Sigizmund" [likely businessman Oleksandr Tsukerman and former energy minister Herman Halushchenko – ed.], saying he plans to speak to them later.

Mindich asks to be shown the house.

Mindich: "Show me what it looks like inside. Whose house is that? It's not mine."

Natalia: "That's Andrii's. I'm working on one for him as well." [Likely referring to the house in the Dynasty cooperative that Mindich and Chernyshov were building for Yermak – ed.]

They then discuss two houses – the "first" and the "fourth" – where everything has already been completed "with utilities systems inside, fans, air conditioners, underfloor heating".

Natalia: "Andrii only has the interior façades done, but you don't even have that."

Mindich then says that everything needs to be fenced off and they should "get a dog" and keep security there permanently so that "no one gets in, including journalists" [likely referring to journalists from Bihus.Info, who later published an investigation into the Dynasty building site – ed.].

They also discuss a type of stone for the façade, which was being supplied by a sole supplier named Syranchuk, and Natalia says she "cut 100,000" from the estimates. They mention Chernyshov's surname.

Mindich: "I think he built it for Chernyshov at our expense."

They then discuss stone and concrete works.

Natalia: "He'd already poured the concrete for the fence between you and Vova. Only the fence had to be installed. He kept delaying and delaying, there were only 10 metres left, then they abandoned it and walked away. And why did they leave? Because he hadn't paid people's wages for two months."

They also discuss which trees should be planted on the first line from the Dnipro River, which trees would be "Vova's" and which would be "between Tymur and Vova", among other things.

Mindich also said the construction should be completed but legally registered in someone else's name, possibly Natalia's.

The mansions were discovered by journalists from Bihus.Info in July 2025. A criminal case was then opened by NABU and the Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO). The mansions were seized last autumn before being mothballed.
