The Air Force reported UAVs moving from Khmelnytskyi Oblast towards Ternopil Oblast, including the city itself.

Suspilne also reported multiple explosions, smoke rising above the city and traffic restrictions in a residential area.

Quote from Pastukh: "Do not ignore the air-raid warning. Immediately proceed to shelters! Ternopil Oblast, particularly the city of Ternopil, is in a zone of heightened danger!"

He also reported that parts of Ternopil have been left without electricity. Power outages are affecting the following residential areas: Canada (a local district), Tsentr (Centre), Novyi Svit, Staryi Park and parts of Soniachnyi.
