Details: A civilian vessel sailing under the flag of the Cook Islands was damaged in the attack. The crew was not injured.

"This was another strike targeting civilian shipping. The port continues to operate whilst taking security risks into account, and the relevant specialised services are dealing with the aftermath," the statement said.
