Elektromekhanika JSC is located roughly 1 km from the drone crash site, while the 55th Arsenal of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate is about 2 km away.

For reference: Elektromekhanika JSC is a company that produces specialised equipment for the aviation, aerospace and energy sectors. The plant manufactures vacuum-casting systems and electron-beam welding systems used in the production of aircraft engines and missile technology. The company cooperates with Russia's largest military-industrial complex holding companies and works under the state defence procurement system.

The 55th Arsenal of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate, military unit No. 86286, in Rzhev is a restricted facility run by Russia's Defence Ministry and linked to the storage of weapons and military equipment. It hosts 55 Arsenal JSC, which repairs and services military equipment, including artillery reconnaissance systems. The site is a large closed area with storage facilities and repair infrastructure.
