Ukraine's defence forces have struck a facility belonging to the Radar Scientific and Technical Centre in the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don which reportedly works for the Russian military-industrial complex.

The satellite image he posted shows an industrial site with several large rectangular buildings in light and grey colours, warehouse hangars and open technical areas.
According to open sources, the Radar Scientific and Technical Centre in Rostov works in the field of radio electronics and produces communication and navigation systems, as well as specialised electronic equipment.
