Kramatorsk district official injured in 5 May strike dies in hospital

Roman Simashov, Deputy Head of Kramatorsk District State Administration, has died in hospital after being injured in a Russian strike on Kramatorsk, Donetsk Oblast, on 5 May.

The administration said he had overseen matters related to housing and municipal services.
Background: At around 17:00 on 5 May, the Russians bombarded central Kramatorsk. Earlier reports said that six people had been killed in the attack.
