Russian forces have struck Kramatorsk in Donetsk Oblast, injuring three people and destroying the building of the Labour and Social Protection Department.

Quote: "Three people have been injured as a result of a series of morning strikes on different districts in Kramatorsk – a man born in 1965 and two women born in 1970 and 1989. Damage has been caused to more than a dozen apartment buildings, four educational institutions, an infrastructure facility and the office building of the Labour and Social Protection Department."
