Details: The minister noted that as a result of this cooperation:
- a system for detailed analysis of air attacks has been created
- AI solutions for processing large volumes of intelligence data have been implemented
- technologies have been integrated into the planning of deep strike operations
"Today, technology, AI, data analysis and the mathematics of war directly affect the outcome on the battlefield. Our goal is to strengthen the partnership with Palantir in AI solutions and defence tech projects that give Ukraine a technological advantage," Fedorov added.
The minister also noted that the Brave1 Dataroom has become a separate area of cooperation, created jointly with Palantir.

"This is a platform where developers gain access to real battlefield data for training AI models. Over 100 companies are already training 80+ models for the detection and interception of aerial targets in complex conditions," Fedorov specified.
He also stated that during the meeting, the Palantir team was shown "how Ukraine is protecting its skies, holding back the enemy at the front, and striking the Russian economy".
Fedorov recalled that Palantir Technologies CEO Alex Karp was one of the first executives of major Western tech companies to personally visit Kyiv after the start of the full-scale invasion in June 2022 and to support Ukraine, and Ukraine has been actively cooperating with the company ever since.
The statement also notes that Palantir is one of the world's leading companies in data analysis and AI solutions for defence and security, ranks among the top 10 US technology companies with a market capitalisation of US$330 billion and its technologies are used by NATO and US armies, governments, and intelligence agencies for intelligence processing, operational planning and battlefield management.
Background:
- It was previously reported that a system of military technology competence centres is being established under Ukraine's Ministry of Defence, with the Defense AI Center A1 becoming the first such centre.
- The Ministry of Defence reported that Ukraine has opened the possibility of training artificial intelligence models for unmanned systems using real combat data – a new format of cooperation between the state, Ukrainian companies and international partners.
