Ukraine's General Staff reveals weapons used to strike facilities in Moscow Oblast

Ukrainian RS-1 Bars, FP-1 Firepoint and BARS-SM GLADIATOR drones and other weapons were used to strike facilities in Russia's Moscow Oblast.

Gratitude to the warriors of the 412th Separate Unmanned Systems Brigade, Kremenchuk's 107th Rocket Artillery Brigade, the 19th Saint Barbara Missile Brigade, the 1st Separate Unmanned Systems Centre, and other representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and all defence forces of Ukraine for their effective combat work."

Details: The General Staff confirmed the strike on the Angstrem plant in Zelenograd in Russia's Moscow Oblast, which specialises in the production of high-technology products and microchips for precision weapons. A fire was recorded on the facility's premises.

The plant is an important component of the Russian defence industry and is involved in the production of microelectronics, radio-electronics, optical systems and robotics for the country's military needs.

The Solnechnogorsk pumping station in Moscow Oblast was also struck – a critical part of the ring pipeline around Moscow, used for pumping, storing and dispatching large volumes of petrol and diesel fuel, including for the Russian Armed Forces. A fire was recorded on the facility's premises.

Among other targets, a Russian command post in the area of Bunhe in Donetsk Oblast and UAV command posts in the areas of Dvorichna in Kharkiv Oblast, Zavitne in Kherson Oblast and Udachne in Donetsk Oblast were struck.

In addition, the Ukrainians struck Russian personnel clusters in the areas of Myrne in Donetsk Oblast, Krasnohirske in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Volfynske in Russia's Kursk Oblast, and two Russian troop clusters in the area of Novoekonomichne in Donetsk Oblast.

Background: On the night of 16-17 May, Ukraine's Security Service, together with Ukraine's defence forces, struck a military facility and a number of oil facilities in Russia's Moscow Oblast, as well as the Belbek military airfield in occupied Crimea.
