Details: The reason for the summoning of the Russian diplomat to the Moldovan Foreign Ministry is not yet known, but several incidents connected to Russia's actions took place last week.
In particular, Russian ruler Vladimir Putin approved a decree simplifying the granting of Russian citizenship to residents of unrecognised Transnistria. Under the document, residents of Transnistria will be able to obtain Russian citizenship without the requirement to reside in Russia and without having to pass a Russian language test.
Prior to this, a Russian drone flew across Moldovan airspace from north to south before disappearing from radar.
