Ukrainian foreign minister: War is at pivotal moment

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha has said during an informal meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Council in the Swedish city of Helsingborg that the war is at a "pivotal moment" and that Ukraine is no longer merely requesting assistance but has become a contributor to security and a partner ready to share its experience with allies.

Quote from Sybiha: "Ukraine is no longer just asking for donations; we are a security contributor, donor, and partner ready to share our expertise with allies.

Increased defence spending is a guarantee of peace, and I encourage every NATO member to contribute to the defence of Ukraine. This investment will bring the greatest peace dividend of our lifetime."

Details: Sybiha also stressed that "pressure mounts on Moscow" and that the war is "at a pivotal moment" now.

Quote from Sybiha: "Ukraine holds the line, and Russia's manpower is no longer a decisive advantage.

To achieve peace, we must focus on three critical elements: diplomacy, pressure, and strength. We need a new push in our peace efforts."
