Russians strike Turkish vessel near Odesa Oblast: fire breaks out, crew members injured – photos

Russian forces conducted a deliberate strike on a Turkish-operated dry cargo ship travelling from a port in Odesa Oblast to Türkiye on the night of 28-29 May. The attack has caused a fire and left crew members injured.

Quote: "Overnight, the enemy used UAVs to attack the dry cargo vessel ANT, sailing under the flag of Vanuatu (owned by a Turkish company), which was travelling from one of the ports of Odesa Oblast to Türkiye carrying cargo on board. A fire broke out on the vessel's superstructure as a result of a strike."

Details: Two crew members have been injured in the attack. They have promptly been evacuated by Ukrainian Navy boats and taken to hospital.
