Russia attacks Ukraine with 70 missiles and 611 drones, air defences down 632 aerial assets, 20 ballistics hit targets
Russia launched a large-scale combined attack on Ukraine on the night of 14-15 June using drones and various types of air-, sea- and ground-launched missiles. Ukrainian air defences have destroyed 632 out of 681 aerial assets.

Details: The city of Kyiv was the main target. Missile strikes were also reported in Dnipro and Kharkiv.
In total, Ukrainian air surveillance troops detected 681 aerial assets, specifically 70 missiles and 611 drones of various types:
- 6 3M22 Zircon anti-ship missiles (launched from occupied Crimea)
- 34 Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles (launched from the Russian cities of Bryansk and Kursk)
- 30 Kh-101/Iskander-K cruise missiles (launched from Russia's Vologda and Kursk oblasts)
- 611 Shahed, Gerbera and Italmas attack drones, Banderol loitering munitions and Parodiya decoy drones (launched from the Russian cities of Bryansk, Kursk, Oryol, Millerovo and Primorsko-Akhtarsk as well as Hvardiiske and Chauda in occupied Crimea).
Aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare assets, unmanned systems units and mobile fire groups from Ukraine's defence forces have been involved in repelling the attack.
Early reports indicated that as of 08:00, Ukrainian air defence forces had destroyed or jammed 632 aerial assets, namely 50 missiles and 582 drones:
- 5 3M22 Zircon anti-ship missiles
- 15 Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles
- 30 Kh-101/Iskander-K cruise missiles
- 582 drones of various types.
Early reports indicated that as of 08:00, hits by 20 ballistic missiles and 27 UAVs had been recorded at 42 locations and the fall of downed aerial assets (debris) at 12 locations.
