Details: Asked by a journalist what he would say to Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin after the attack, Zelenskyy replied: "We will have our say."
The president believes Russia deliberately carried out the massive strike after Putin had wished US President Donald Trump a happy birthday.
Quote: "He utterly cynically, as always, congratulated the president of the United States and then launched a massive attack on Ukraine. I think it was no coincidence that for several days they were not only stockpiling missiles – we could see they had the necessary capabilities – they were waiting so as not to do it before congratulating President Trump."

Details: Otherwise, Zelenskyy added, Trump and his team would have asked about the attack.
