Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, while inspecting damage at the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra, said there will be a response to Russia's latest large-scale attack.

The president believes Russia deliberately carried out the massive strike after Putin had wished US President Donald Trump a happy birthday.

I think it was no coincidence that for several days they were not only stockpiling missiles – we could see they had the necessary capabilities – they were waiting so as not to do it before congratulating President Trump."
