Quote: "The estate of Mykhailo Myklashevskyi – a representative of an old Ukrainian Cossack officer family – was not merely an architectural and historical monument. It was the only estate in the Zaporizhzhia region preserved in such good condition."

Details: Holovko said the building was constructed between 1853 and 1916. Until now, the manor had retained its original wooden decorative elements, spiral metal staircase, verandas and unique interior features.
Russian forces attacked the estate three times during the full-scale invasion: in January and July 2025, and in February 2026.

The Myklashevskyi Estate is a local architectural, urban planning and historical heritage monument.
According to Suspilne Zaporizhzhia, the manor previously housed a school. After the 1917 revolution, the building was used as a sewing workshop until 2005, after which it once again became a primary school.
